IT Support Technician for Service Desk

Centric Professionals AB is seeking several skilled and engaged IT technicians with a passion for IT and service for a consulting assignment in Östersund. As a consultant at Centric, you will have a secure employment and gain valuable work experience with support from your consultant manager. The assignment is full-time and ongoing. Assistance with accommodation in Östersund is available if needed.
Main requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience in IT support or service/backoffice functions
- Some form of IT education or IT courses completed
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English
- High communicative ability
- Strong pedagogical skills to support and guide customers effectively
- Good technical knowledge
- Very high service orientation
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line IT support to customers via phone, email, and remote tools
- Assist customers with technical problems and queries in a professional and supportive manner
- Maintain constructive dialogue with customers and colleagues
- Deliver a good customer experience with an emphasis on clarity and helpfulness
