IT Support / 1st Line Agent

Main requirements:
- Previous experience in 1st line support
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of IT
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Good knowledge of various technical platforms, devices, operating systems, software, and networks
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and advice to Unionen users
- Receive and register issues in the ServiceNow system
- Assist users onsite, by phone, and email
- Diagnose and solve problems related to software, hardware, and network
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles in ServiceNow
- Install and maintain client devices
- Assist with onsite issues such as troubleshooting conference rooms
- Deliver excellent customer service and collaborate effectively with colleagues
Required hard skills:
- Technical support skills
- Experience with ServiceNow (meritorious)
- Knowledge of software, hardware, networks, and operating systems
- Incident and request handling
Recommended hard skills:
- Experience in managing tickets using ServiceNow
