Main requirements:
- Basic IT education at least at upper secondary level or equivalent experience
- Strong interest in IT and eagerness to learn new technology
- Service-minded with problem handling experience
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
- Good collaboration skills and pedagogical communication
- Proficiency in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
- B driving license
Responsibilities:
- Staff the support for Hällefors municipal users via helpdesk, phone, e-mail, and on-site visits
- Monitor and check central IT systems
- Receive, document, and follow up IT cases
- Troubleshoot technical problems on-site and via remote connection
- Perform basic system checks and operational measures
Required hard skills:
- Basic IT education or equivalent experience
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English
- Driving license B
