IT Project Manager

Experienced and committed IT Project Manager for a consulting assignment focusing on digitalization in healthcare and social care, responsible for driving and leading several implementation projects related to critical business systems over at least one year.
Main requirements:
- Academic degree in Information Systems, Economics, or equivalent relevant education
- At least four years documented experience leading IT projects (minimum 50% full-time)
- Deep knowledge of digitalization in healthcare and social care
- Practical experience with public procurement including good understanding of the Swedish Public Procurement Act (LOU)
- Good insight into municipal operations and relevant regulations such as SoL, HSL, LSS, and the Municipal Act
- Understanding of complex system landscapes and their impact on digital business solutions
- Experience from at least one similar previous assignment with clear demonstration of roles and results
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute and follow up projects related to digital solutions in healthcare and social care
- Lead and coordinate multiple projects including implementation of digital signing system and personal assistance, system support for planning, registration and follow-up, and scheduling system procurement and implementation
- Define project goals and timelines aligned with organizational needs
- Lead operational project work ensuring progress
- Maintain continuous dialogue with all stakeholders to ensure effective coordination
- Prioritize resources and tasks in consultation with project stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and report status to client
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within quality standards and agreed budgets
Required hard skills:
- Project management in IT
- Knowledge of digitalization in healthcare and social care
- Public procurement and LOU
- Familiarity with municipal regulations (SoL, HSL, LSS, Kommunallagen)
- Handling complex IT system landscapes
Recommended hard skills:
- Experience with implementation projects related to HSL documentation or digital signing in healthcare
- Leadership in projects involving implementation of planning and time reporting systems in elderly care
- Experience coordinating integrations between different operational systems in healthcare and social care
