IT Program/Project Manager

Techster Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Program/Project Manager for a client in the public sector. The role involves tactical and strategic leadership of IT deliveries, coordination between IT and business needs, change management, and collaboration on Nordic level projects.
Main requirements:
- University degree (120p/180hp) in IT, Computer Science or Systems Science or at least 10 years experience working directly with IT delivery (e.g., IT project manager, developer, solution architect, tester, test leader, devops specialist).
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in program, project, or leadership roles within IT over the last 15 years.
- At least 5 years experience as advisor or operational/strategic support to an IT line manager.
- At least 5 years experience as a change manager.
- At least 5 years experience working with business and operational development in large organizations (over 1500 employees) in tactical and strategic roles at the interface between IT and business.
- At least 2 years experience collaborating between organizations at Nordic or European level.
- At least 2 years experience handling IT agreements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and follow up IT division deliverables and cooperation in the area of Balancing at tactical and strategic level.
- Capture tactical and strategic needs related to Balancing from both business and IT and prepare internally for proactive planning of capabilities and resources.
- Act as coordinator for the IK department towards business needs and Nordic cooperation regarding Balancing.
- Assist in development of new or adapted workflows, processes, forums, and working tools.
- Develop contracts and agreements.
- Lead change management initiatives.
- Support department IT managers.

Recommended hard skills:
