We are looking for an Infrastructure Architect to help shape the future IT infrastructure in healthcare at one of the world's leading university hospitals, Karolinska University Hospital. This role offers an exciting, development-oriented job with the opportunity to influence your tasks and workday, within a skilled and supportive team.
Main requirements:
- Higher education in IT, computer science or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, workplace IT or system architecture
- Experience in hybrid environments (on-premise and cloud services)
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop stable, secure, and future-proof IT infrastructure solutions
- Collaborate with IT colleagues and other operational areas to meet healthcare requirements for availability, security and flexibility
- Analyze existing infrastructure and propose architectural solutions
- Participate in development projects
- Lead technical workshops
- Provide advisory on cloud, datacenter, and client platforms
Required hard skills:
- Knowledge of hybrid IT environments
- Experience with IT infrastructure and workplace IT
- System architecture
