Work on features and campaigns for a famous mobile game played globally. Support live game operations by configuring and testing game content, collaborating with developers and analysts to ensure high-quality player experience.
Main requirements:
  • Education in Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, or equivalent

Responsibilities:
  • Support departments with operational tasks and act as main contact for operational activities
  • Configure A/B tests including components, assets, and customization
  • Conduct manual QA testing on various devices and platforms
  • Push content and tests to live environment for activations and one-time events
  • Monitor live performance of content and tests, report issues and KPI results
  • Update tests and content for compatibility with latest releases, implement feature and event tweaks
