Functional Consultant – D365 Global Transformation

As a Functional Consultant at VIPAS AB, you will work closely with business users, product owners, and implementation squads to ensure smooth and effective market rollouts of Dynamics 365. You will translate business needs into scalable solutions through configuration, integration, testing, and user training in a collaborative, international environment.
Main requirements:
  • Proven experience in full-cycle D365 implementation projects
  • Deep functional expertise in one or more D365 modules such as Finance, Parts/Supply Chain, or Procurement
  • Experience working with Agile project methodologies and global rollouts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work collaboratively with squads and stakeholders
  • Structured and analytical problem solving mindset
  • Eager to learn and open to new perspectives
Responsibilities:
  • Configure D365 modules according to company blueprint and market-specific needs
  • Collaborate with squad and Implementation Manager to deliver end-to-end rollouts
  • Utilize and support company's reusable integrations
  • Document market-specific configurations clearly and structured
  • Support and lead user testing and data validation
  • Contribute to cutover planning and transition execution
  • Facilitate training sessions for key business users via train-the-trainer model
  • Assist in data migration including preparation, import (DMF), and user support
  • Share knowledge and onboard new consultants
Required hard skills:
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 full-cycle implementation experience
  • Deep functional knowledge in Finance modules: Procure to Pay, Acquire to Dispose, Record to Report, Order to Cash
  • Knowledge in Parts/Supply Chain: Procurement & Sourcing, Sales and Marketing, Warehouse Management, Product Information Management, Intercompany processes, Data Management via DMF
  • Procurement specific ISV tools such as ExFlow, Comarch, Treasury Automation Suite
  • Microsoft localization for regional compliance
  • Experience with reusable integration tools and frameworks
