Lead a small autonomous team to develop and enhance Voyado's Engage platform, focusing on turning customer data into actionable insights through UI development, coaching, and agile leadership.
Main requirements:
  • Mentoring engineers and leading agile ceremonies
  • Building production Single Page Applications (SPAs) with TypeScript and modern frameworks
  • Experience with dashboard/data visualization libraries
  • Consuming REST/GraphQL APIs and understanding .NET/ASP.NET Core environment
  • Strong collaboration with Product and UX teams
  • Ability to coach engineers on UI craft, testing, and accessibility
Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives for a four-person team
  • Coach engineers to improve quality and consistency in UI development
  • Work with Engineering and Product Managers to prioritize backlog and roadmap
  • Build and refine UI layers including interactive dashboards and embedded insight panels
  • Collaborate with UX to translate wireframes and designs into production-ready components
  • Code review, testing, optimizing performance, and monitoring real-user data
