Main requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a support technician
  • Experience working with Active Directory
  • Experience with Windows operating systems
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and handle incidents via phone and ticketing system
  • Provide on-site support to users
  • Troubleshoot computers, phones, printers, and applications
  • Manage IT equipment deliveries
  • Handle user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365
  • Provide support via remote control tools
Required hard skills:
  • Support technician experience
  • Active Directory administration
  • Windows OS knowledge
