Cybersecurity Compliance Program Lead

Lead and coordinate cybersecurity compliance efforts related to laws, regulations, and directives to enhance the organization's cybersecurity posture within a global energy company.
Main requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a similar discipline (master’s degree highly desirable)
  • Experience in IT, cybersecurity compliance, IT project management, and project coordination
  • Understanding of legal topics related to cybersecurity compliance
  • Ability to work in a global, international organization with diverse cultures and personalities
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones, especially overlapping with USA time zones
  • Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Located preferably in Sweden but open to candidates in any country with Hitachi Energy presence
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate actions related to cybersecurity laws and regulations, including the Cyber Resiliency Act and EU NIS 2.0 Directive
  • Drive the cybersecurity compliance program striving for excellence
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Hitachi Energy globally to enhance cybersecurity compliance
  • Manage projects and coordinate compliance activities within the organization
  • Support continual improvement of the organization's cybersecurity footprint through compliance programs
  • Build dynamic and collaborative relationships with diverse internal stakeholders
