Customer Support Agent Fluent in Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish

We are looking for a Norwegian, Danish or Finnish speaking customer support agent for our customer service in Kista. The First Line Support Agent is the primary contact for customers reaching out for support, providing responses and resolving issues. If problems cannot be solved by the agent, proper escalation is required to ensure resolution. The agent may also perform additional tasks as assigned by site management.
Main requirements:
  • Fluency in Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish (written and oral). Fluency in more than one Scandinavian language is highly desired.
  • Fluency in English (written and oral).
  • Professional manners and excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Good PC knowledge including Office applications, general computer usage, and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming inquiries from customers and end users via telephone, chat and email related to technical support, service information, registration, product specifications, and pre-sale information.
  • Make outbound calls to customers/end users as assigned, including surveying customer satisfaction and collecting information for service reports.
  • Perform other back-office tasks as assigned, including RMA registration and translations.
