We are looking for a service-minded, curious about technology, and interested problem solver to join our team. MultiNet is a successful Swedish provider of web-based systems (SaaS). The company is growing, and we are seeking a new team member for our support center in Norrköping.
Main requirements:
- Deliver support for various web services via phone and email
- Daily customer contact and collaboration with all company employees
- Ability to work both in teams and independently
- Good computer skills
- Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support for MultiNet's web services through phone and email
- Work closely with customers and company staff as a key team member
Required hard skills:
- Good computer proficiency
- Fluency in Swedish, spoken and written
Recommended hard skills:
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS (not mandatory)
