Consultant/Interim - AI Developer in Gothenburg

We are seeking an experienced consultant/interim for the role of AI Developer in Gothenburg. The assignment is full-time, starting this summer and expected to last until the end of 2026.
Main requirements:
  • At least 10 years of software development experience focusing on optimization and forecasting
  • Strong expertise in R and Python programming languages
  • Experience with tools like Databricks, MLflow, and Scikit-Learn
  • Experience deploying models in cloud platforms such as Azure
  • Certification as Azure Data Engineer and Data Scientist
  • Ability to act as a strategic sounding board and mentor on complex AI initiatives
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and improve predictive models for critical business analyses
  • Work with algorithm-based optimization for resource utilization
  • Further develop AI solutions for pattern and anomaly detection
  • Work with RNN models for Origin-Destination matrices and generative AI (Large Language Models)
  • Support the business with prescriptive analytics and cost/benefit assessments
  • Act as mentor and share knowledge about AI/ML with other teams
