3rd Line Support Technician

We are looking for experienced 2nd line technicians who have recently advanced their careers and now work within 3rd line support for assignments at several of our clients in the Stockholm area. You should enjoy advanced problem solving in Windows environments and want to continue your IT career with Centric.
Main requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in support
- Relevant education within IT
- Experience troubleshooting and managing Windows Server
- Application packaging in SCCM
- Network troubleshooting
- Deep knowledge in Microsoft365
- Experience with Azure/Intune
Responsibilities:
- Handle escalated tickets from 1st and 2nd line support
- Solve new, complex, and exciting issues daily, including network-related problems and system errors in customer-specific environments
- Provide technical support in Windows environments
- Troubleshoot, manage, and perform simple operation tasks on Windows Servers
- Manage virtual machines such as VMware and HyperV depending on client
Required hard skills:
- Windows Server troubleshooting and management
- Application packaging in SCCM

- Microsoft365 deep knowledge
