2nd Line Support Technician

We are looking for a technically skilled problem solver with a strong interest in IT support. The 2nd Line Support Technician will handle more complex cases escalated from 1st Line, troubleshoot and administer IT systems, and ensure users receive quick and professional assistance. This role involves working in a dynamic environment as part of a team of over 20 colleagues.
Main requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in 2nd line IT support or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of Windows environment, Office 365 and Active Directory.
- Experience troubleshooting network and hardware issues.
- Basic understanding of IT security and server administration.
- Ability to work structured and independently managing multiple issues simultaneously.
- Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Swedish citizenship is required due to security clearance and credit checks.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and solve IT-related issues concerning networks, applications, and systems.
- Manage and administer Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune, and other corporate solutions.
- Handle more complex IT cases and coordinate with suppliers.
- Automate tasks using PowerShell.
- Support and collaborate with 1st Line Support to resolve incoming issues effectively.
- Install, configure and maintain computers, servers, and other IT equipment.
- Participate in projects and contribute to process and system improvements.
- Document and create user guides as needed.
