Techster Solutions is experiencing an exciting growth phase and is looking for colleagues with at least 7+ years of experience to strengthen the team. As a SW Release Leader at Save Vehicle Automation, you will plan and coordinate release activities, track testing status, visualize release progress, analyze and solve critical issues, ensure proper documentation, represent the unit in integration meetings, and keep the software teams updated. The role requires a solid background in software development and testing, leadership experience, strong communication skills, a team-oriented approach, high engagement, and fluency in English. Main requirements:
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in software development and testing
  • University degree in a relevant area or equivalent experience from the automotive industry

  • Represent the unit in software integration and release meetings
  • Keep software teams updated with the latest information
