Centric Professionals AB is seeking skilled IT consultants primarily for 2nd line support within IT infrastructure for several clients in Stockholm. Main requirements:
  • Minimum three years of experience in IT support
  • Competence in Active Directory and GPO configuration
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange, and Azure Portal
  • Experience with one or more ticketing systems
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English
Responsibilities:
  • Solve complex IT problems
  • Handle incident resolution
  • Act as a key coordinator within client operations
  • Perform varied tasks depending on client assignment
