Windows Server Technician at Must

The position involves managing and maintaining IT infrastructure and systems, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and documentation within a high-security military intelligence environment. The role supports Swedish national security efforts through technical expertise in Windows servers and related technologies.
Main requirements:
- Education in IT or equivalent experience assessed as equivalent by the employer
- Experience working as a Windows server technician or support technician or a similar position
- Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
- Valid B driver's license
Responsibilities:
- Handle and maintain IT infrastructure and various systems
- Perform installations, configurations, and troubleshooting tasks
- Conduct problem-solving and log analysis in complex environments
- Report and document ongoing and completed tasks
- Support other office operations as needed
- Collaborate effectively with experienced colleagues
Required hard skills:
- Experience with Windows Server (2016 or newer preferred)
- Knowledge of server installation, automation, PowerShell scripting, maintenance, and security
- Experience with VMware version 7
- Knowledge of Linux RHEL 9
- Experience handling installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network devices such as switches, routers, firewalls, and access points
Recommended hard skills:
- Experience with IT infrastructure in the Swedish Armed Forces or other total defense authorities
