Main requirements:
- Knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, NAT
- Experience in troubleshooting and log analysis using tools like Wireshark
- Basic understanding of firewalls, VPNs, and network protocols
- Experience handling support tickets and using support tools such as Jira
- Basic skills in Windows and Linux operating systems
- Interest in IT security and modern security principles like SSL and Zero Trust
- Ability to provide clear technical instructions in both spoken and written form
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot network and security issues using tools like Wireshark and log analysis
- Propose and document solutions in guides and documentation
- Collaborate with product teams to improve both products and processes
- Work with Clavister’s entire cybersecurity product portfolio
Required hard skills:
- Networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, NAT)
- Troubleshooting and log analysis (Wireshark)

- Basic Windows and Linux skills
- Understanding of firewalls and VPNs
