Seeking a passionate IT Consultant to join Nordlo's team in Uppsala. The role involves being a key player in customers' technical development, working on project planning, implementation, change management, and building new solutions. The position requires delivering customer satisfaction with adaptability, technical competence, and providing value both technically and advisory-wise.
Main requirements:
- Experience as an IT consultant.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, operating systems, client support, networks and communication, IT security.
- High social competence and ability to work independently and in teams.
- Ability to build customer relationships and be solution-oriented.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver customer satisfaction by being adaptive, attentive, and technically competent.
- Create value for customers both technically and in an advisory role.
- Work towards set financial goals and take responsibility for assigned customers.
