Servicedeskmedarbetare – IT support and user service. We are looking for a service-oriented and solution-focused employee for the servicedesk to strengthen the team working with first-class support to the company's users. In this role, you will be an important part of the daily user support, helping to solve technical problems and handling issues related to both software and hardware.
Main requirements:
  • Experience working with IT support, helpdesk, or servicedesk
  • Good understanding of basic IT environments, networks, and account management
  • Experience working structured with multiple cases simultaneously
  • High service orientation and ability to build trust with users
  • Very good communication skills in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and handle incoming cases via phone and ticketing system
  • Troubleshooting and guidance to solve issues effectively and professionally
  • Troubleshoot network connections and equipment
  • Manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions
  • Support with simpler technical questions about computers, printers and other peripherals
  • Logging, prioritizing, and following up on cases in the ticketing system
  • Communicate with end users to ensure solutions are clear and functional
