We are looking for a Senior Developer to join a leading financial institution in Oslo, Norway. The role requires expertise in Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Business Continuity Management (BCM), and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), along with strong experience in ServiceNow development. This is a full-time, on-site contract position in Oslo, requiring relocation.
Main requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow development experience (excluding admin/support roles)
  • Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory
  • Expertise in Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Business Continuity Management (BCM), and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
  • Willingness to relocate and work on-site in Oslo, Norway
  • Ability to mentor and guide other developers
Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications focused on risk and compliance management
  • Collaborate closely with on-site teams in Oslo to deliver secure, scalable solutions
  • Maintain deep understanding of the application and industry tools to work efficiently
  • Support and guide junior team members
  • Ensure tests and documentation are kept current
