As a Support Technician, you will be involved in all stages regarding the implementation, development, and management of the customer's systems and services. We are looking for someone responsible, solution-focused, and goal-oriented, while being service-minded and always customer-focused. You learn quickly, adapt easily to new tools and systems, and thrive and perform in a periodically fast-paced environment. You will work handling, registering, categorizing, and prioritizing issues via phone, portal, and email from customers, internal and external users.

- Relevant education and/or certifications are meriting
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both speaking and writing
Responsibilities:
- Resolve incoming issues with customer service and security as the highest priority
- Handle orders such as permissions and accounts
- Coordinate and communicate solutions developed in collaboration with customer's system and technical stakeholders both internally and from suppliers
- Continuously contribute to improving daily and long-term work and take responsibility for own development
- Contribute expertise to the team
- Collaborate with customers and suppliers
