As a Support Technician, you will be involved in all stages regarding the implementation, development, and management of the customer's systems and services. You will work handling, registering, categorizing, and prioritizing issues via phone, portal, and email from customers, internal and external users.

Responsibilities:
  • Resolve incoming issues with customer service and security as the highest priority
  • Handle orders such as permissions and accounts
  • Coordinate and communicate solutions developed in collaboration with customer's system and technical stakeholders both internally and from suppliers
  • Continuously contribute to improving daily and long-term work and take responsibility for own development
