Seeking a dedicated and service-oriented IT Support Technician to join a client's support team in Solna. This full-time onsite role involves providing user support via various channels, troubleshooting incidents, improving processes, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance team skills and service quality.
Main requirements:
- Previous experience in IT support, user support, or customer service
- Excellent Swedish and English language skills
- Good communication skills and strong service orientation
Responsibilities:
- Provide support via phone, email, portal, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and guide users
- Contribute to improving processes and workflows
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop team competence and service quality
- Work according to schedule including weekdays and weekends
