This role involves providing IT support and contributing to Plan International Sweden's significant work in strengthening children's rights and girls' equality. The IT Support technician will handle user-related issues, deliver technical support, and ensure effective and reliable IT systems.
Main requirements:
- Several years of experience in IT support or similar technical roles
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra, Active Directory/Windows Server, and networking
- Experience in troubleshooting, installations, and user support
- Relevant IT education is meritorious
- Experience with ITIL is a bonus
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily IT support (1st & 2nd line) via email, Teams, and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Maintain and help develop the modern IT environment including M365, MS Entra, Windows Server
- Install and configure computers, mobile devices etc.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and resources
- Support IT manager in improvement projects and other IT-related matters
