We are seeking an Interim Group Manager within Systems Engineering for a consulting assignment in Linköping starting in September via Unik Resurs. The role involves leading a competent team of senior systems engineers, technical project managers, and experts in cybersecurity and functional safety, working closely with global development projects to ensure smooth integration and innovation.
Main requirements:
  • Documented managerial experience
  • Experience in system, software, and hardware development
  • Experience working in an international/global organization
  • Good oral and written communication skills in Swedish and English
  • Experience with customer relations
  • Good knowledge of Lean and Agile methodology
  • Knowledge of functional safety and cybersecurity is meritorious
Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily work of the systems engineering team
  • Ensure high quality in accordance with established methods
  • Collaborate closely with global development projects
  • Participate in local management team in Linköping
