As a Support Technician at Norion Bank, you will provide daily support to internal colleagues through personal meetings at the office, chat, email, and phone. You will guide and support both third-party and internally developed applications, manage the purchase, installation, inventory, and support of hardware such as mobile phones, laptops, and video conferencing systems. Additionally, you will deliver technical support during gatherings like staff meetings. The role includes basic network support, such as patching local networks and access points. You will handle permissions and licenses and collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality follow-up. Monitoring operations and quality assurance of the office's IT areas by maintaining cleanliness of IT packaging and general equipment is part of the role. Work environments include both PC and Mac, within a fully cloud-based Microsoft setup at Norion Bank. The position requires flexibility for travel to offices in Stockholm, Helsingborg, Oslo, and Helsinki as needed, and demands fluency in Swedish and English. This is a full-time permanent position based in the centrally located headquarters in Gothenburg, preceded by a probationary period, starting by mutual agreement.
