An experienced Workplace Technician role involving management and development of digital workplace services using modern technology, providing 2nd and 3rd line support, maintenance, and implementation in a dynamic environment.
Main requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience with Workplace solutions and user-facing IT.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with Windows Server and PowerShell.
  • Understanding of ITIL and experience working structured in projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to create user-friendly solutions.
Responsibilities:
  • Handle 2nd and 3rd line support to ensure smooth operation of customer workplaces.
  • Implement new workplace services in collaboration with project teams.
  • Maintain, operate, and further develop workplace services to optimize user experience.
  • Automate workflows using PowerShell and other scripting tools.
  • Ensure workplace services meet current security standards and user needs effectively and securely.
