You will play a key role in building a modern, reliable Windows Server platform, working both operationally and strategically with existing and new environments. Main requirements:
  • Experience working with Windows Server in production and mission-critical environments.
  • Proficient in installation, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting of Windows Servers.
  • Knowledgeable in Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO), security principles, and domain structure.
  • Experience prioritizing availability, stability, and security in server environments.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework for incident, problem, and change management.
  • Ability to automate processes using scripts and tools.
  • Experience implementing and maintaining security policies according to established standards.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues and external partners.
  • Ability to work methodically and structured, maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
Responsibilities:
  • Build and further develop Windows Server environments in existing systems and new Greenfield solutions, including installation, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage Active Directory, GPOs, security principles, and domain structure to meet operational and SLA/OLA requirements.
  • Collaborate with tech leads, operations, development teams, and external suppliers.
  • Participate in incident, problem, and change management.
  • Document technical solutions and processes.
  • Drive automation of processes using scripts and tools.
  • Contribute to creating technical guidelines and standards for future server platforms.
