Main requirements:
  • Strong experience in designing digital experiences, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to quickly understand and simplify complex problems into clear design solutions.
  • Strong ability to collaborate creatively with developers and other teams.
  • Passion for user experience and customer-driven design.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify customer pain points and innovation opportunities via continuous user research and creative benchmarking.
  • Lead UX design projects end-to-end to support business development and enhance customer experience.
  • Enrich project briefs through qualitative and quantitative research and define strategic goals and tactical approaches.
  • Define structuring principles, requirements, and scope; communicate ideas through sketches, user flows, and prototypes.
  • Design world-class, cross-device user interfaces, create prototypes and perform user testing.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to deliver optimal results.
  • Ensure holistic quality including modular design, accessibility, and performance; deliver developer-friendly handovers.
  • Follow up on implementation until launch, evaluate results and share insights within the organisation.
