Lead a strategically important team focused on digital transformation in healthcare. Manage automation and solution development with engaged team members, overseeing staff, operations, and finances. Collaborate closely with colleagues to drive digital transformation through identifying needs, defining technical processes, and supporting innovation.
Main requirements:
- University degree in information systems, digitalization, or relevant equivalent experience.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Leadership experience in digitalization, automation, or requirements management.
- Experience in process and business development, preferably linked to ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and ITIL.
- Strong understanding of requirements management, project management, and change management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team defining needs, requirements, and goals for digitalization and business development.
- Work strategically and operationally to develop the business in close collaboration with managers and employees.
- Responsible for personnel, operations, and finances, reporting to area manager and participating in management groups.
- Create engagement and clarity, combine business acumen with genuine care for employees.
- Coach and develop employees, leveraging their competencies and engagement.
- Communicate goals, visions, and strategies clearly.
- Contribute to further development of processes and methods related to business development.
- Drive improvements in close collaboration with other managers and departments.
- Identify and document business needs.
- Define and document technical processes, workflows, and digital functions.
- Develop solution proposals in collaboration with development teams and platform owners.
- Support business case development and measure value effects.
- Monitor market trends and contribute to innovation of digital services and ways of working.
