An experienced UKG Dimensions Configurator with expertise in UKG Workforce Central and UKG Pro Workforce Management, responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting UKG Pro WFM solutions, analyzing business processes, and managing technical integrations.
Main requirements:
- Minimum 5 years functional and configuration experience in UKG Workforce Central
- Minimum 4 years experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (Dimensions)
- Strong hands-on experience in API integrations (inbound/outbound)
- At least 5 years experience in Kronos Time & Attendance software (support or implementation)
- Strong understanding of UKG enterprise architecture
- Functional expertise in Advanced Scheduling, Forecasting, Pay Rules, Accruals, Reporting, Absence Management, UKG Clocks, and Mobile
- Experience with Dell Boomi platform, WIM, and RDL reports
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes, gather client requirements, and translate into functional specs and configuration documentation
- Implement, configure, and support UKG Pro Workforce Management solutions
- Configure multiple UKG modules including Advanced Scheduling, Forecasting, Activity Setup, Pay Rules, Accruals, Reporting Analysis, Absence Management, UKG Clocks, and Mobile Configuration
- Create process documentation, diagrams, and feature specifications
- Configure application interfaces and reports
- Manage API integrations including Dell Boomi, WIM, and RDL reports
- Work through full project lifecycle from requirements gathering through post-go-live support
