Main requirements:
- Experience in laboratory work with high power electrical and/or power electronics testing
- Work-life experience with high-power electronics such as FACTS and HVDC applications
- Experience in test planning, safety procedures, risk assessment, conducting and analyzing experiments
- Ability to solve electrical problems independently and in teams
- Strong analytical and collaboration skills
- Proficient communication skills in both Swedish and English (written and spoken)
- Interest and potential to work on broader power electronics areas (high voltage, sensor technology, thermal management, energy storage, multiphysics integration)
Responsibilities:
- Build electrical experimental setups, conduct tests, and analyze results
- Develop and validate power electronics technologies in R&D projects
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, suppliers, and external partners
- Document results through technical reports and presentations
- Collaborate across technical areas and cross-functional teams to address research questions
- Supervise control and measurement equipment
- Take responsibility for development and maintenance of laboratory infrastructure
