Main requirements:
  • Experience in laboratory work with high power electrical and/or power electronics testing
  • Work-life experience with high-power electronics such as FACTS and HVDC applications
  • Experience in test planning, safety procedures, risk assessment, conducting and analyzing experiments
  • Ability to solve electrical problems independently and in teams
  • Strong analytical and collaboration skills
  • Proficient communication skills in both Swedish and English (written and spoken)
  • Interest and potential to work on broader power electronics areas (high voltage, sensor technology, thermal management, energy storage, multiphysics integration)
Responsibilities:
  • Build electrical experimental setups, conduct tests, and analyze results
  • Develop and validate power electronics technologies in R&D projects
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, suppliers, and external partners
  • Document results through technical reports and presentations
  • Collaborate across technical areas and cross-functional teams to address research questions
  • Supervise control and measurement equipment
  • Take responsibility for development and maintenance of laboratory infrastructure
