Tester in Test Automation and/or Test Manager

The roles involve working on automated testing, debugging, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, as well as planning, coordinating, and leading testing projects. Main requirements:
  • Experience in test automation or test management
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Familiarity or certification in ISTQB is a plus
  • Experience working in public sector is an advantage
Responsibilities:
  • Perform automated tests to identify bugs and performance issues
  • Analyze test results and report issues to development teams
  • Debug and update test scripts according to application changes
  • Build and optimize integration and build flows, develop CI/CD team workflows
  • Plan testing efforts, write test plans, prioritize tasks
  • Secure resources for testing assignments and improve test processes
  • Coordinate testing work and handle team follow-ups
  • Lead and manage both large and small test projects
  • Utilize Agile methodologies such as Scrum
Required hard skills:
  • Test automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, Selenium)
  • Scripting (Shell scripting)
  • Programming languages such as Python, C#, and/or Java
  • CI/CD pipeline knowledge
  • Test management and planning
Recommended hard skills:
  • ISTQB certification
