Main requirements:
  • Experience in test automation and/or test leadership
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both oral and written
  • Ability to work independently and in teams, often in hybrid work environments
  • Planning and coordinating test assignments
  • Experience with agile methods such as Scrum
Responsibilities:
  • As a test automation engineer: perform automated tests to identify bugs and performance issues, analyze test results, debug and update test scripts, build and optimize integration and build flows, develop team CI/CD workflows
  • As a test leader: plan testing work, write test plans, prioritize tasks, ensure resources for assignments, follow up and improve test processes, coordinate test work and team follow-ups, lead both large and small test projects
Required hard skills:
  • Knowledge of one or more technologies and test tools such as Jenkins, Selenium, Shell Scripting, Docker
  • Programming languages: Python, C#, and/or Java
  • Experience planning and managing test workflows
  • Experience with agile frameworks like Scrum
  • Fluent Swedish and English
Recommended hard skills:
  • ISTQB certification
  • Experience working within governmental agencies
