Main requirements:
  • Passion for testing and improving test competence
  • Experience or strong interest in test automation
  • Ability to lead test strategy, planning, and follow-up
  • Experience in test leadership or aspiration to grow into it
  • Structured and process-driven work approach
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with good problem-solving abilities
  • Relevant education in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
  • Current relevant work experience in testing complex systems with integrations
  • Proficient in Swedish and English, spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute manual and automated tests in close collaboration with the agile team
  • Support and coach colleagues in test creation and execution
  • Own and lead the system test strategy, planning, and defect management
  • Work on increasing efficiency of testing through automation where appropriate
Required hard skills:
  • Test design and planning for complex integrated systems
  • Test execution and defect handling
  • Test leadership experience or potential
  • Experience with manual testing
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English
