We are expanding our IT team and are looking for multiple competencies across IT roles where you might fit.
Main requirements:
- University or college education in IT or technology, or equivalent competence through experience.
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently, taking responsibility and driving tasks forward.
- Systematic work approach with clear prioritization and efficient time/resource management.
- Motivation to deliver new solutions and work methods to the organization.
- Ability to lead projects, plan, and maintain order, with some knowledge of economics (for system administrators/object leaders role).
Responsibilities:
- Operate, develop, and maintain the IT infrastructure ensuring stability, security, and high performance.
- Manage identity and access management systems, including integration, Microsoft Power Platform, and AI.
- Bridge business needs and technical implementation as an IT Solution Architect, selecting appropriate technologies and ensuring scalable, secure, and effective solutions.
- Participate in day-to-day operations, strategic work, procurement, and overarching IT projects.
- Collaborate closely with business units to develop and manage new and existing IT solutions in a PM3-inspired object management model.
- Lead projects and ensure planning and economic oversight for IT solutions.
Required hard skills:
- Deep expertise in IT infrastructure operation and maintenance.
- Experience or interest in identity and access management (IGA, IAM) and authorization systems.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and AI is beneficial.
- System development experience is a plus.
- Experience with client management, network, and communication (for solution architect role).
- Project management skills and basic economic knowledge (for system administrator/object leader role).
Recommended hard skills:
- Experience with system development or exposure to system development processes.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and large-scale IT infrastructures.
