Test Leader

We are looking for an experienced test leader to join our Object and Project Unit at Eskilstuna Municipality to lead and develop testing activities in digitalization projects across the municipality.
Main requirements:
  • Experience designing and executing tests for new and existing systems prior to production deployment, preferably within private or government sectors.
  • Ability to create and validate test plans and develop test cases ensuring expected functionality and outcomes.
  • Good communication skills in Swedish both spoken and written.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on structure and quality.
  • Ability to take significant personal responsibility and work towards set goals.
  • Clear communication and ease in building good relationships and understanding various perspectives.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan and lead testing activities ensuring system functionality, workflows, and user-friendliness are thoroughly tested.
  • Conduct quality, business, IT, integration, and standard flow testing.
  • Educate and build competence in testing structures within projects and operational units.
  • Collaborate continuously with project leaders, object leaders, and suppliers.
