Join Stenungsunds kommun as a System Administrator within the newly established Information and System Management unit, supporting the municipality's digital systems to be efficient, reliable, and compliant with laws.
Main requirements:
  • Ability to analyze and understand organizational needs and translate them into clear requirement specifications.
  • Initiative, curiosity, and willingness to learn various operational domains.
  • Collaborate closely with system owners, suppliers, legal authorities, IT department, and data protection coordinators.
  • Plan long-term with system owners and support them with transforming needs into supplier-understandable requirements.
  • Create and maintain system management plans, routines, process descriptions, and user instructions.
  • Ensure up-to-date system documentation including solution architecture.
  • Regular communication with suppliers and the municipality's IT department.
  • Apply appropriate security measures to ensure systems and suppliers meet information security and data protection requirements.
  • Post-secondary education preferably in systems science, IT, or public administration combined with system management experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure systems are fit for purpose, reliable, adapted to needs, and compliant with applicable legislation.
  • Work closely with representatives of various operations and key functions.
  • Serve as the operational point of contact and help reformulate needs into clear requirements for suppliers.
  • Develop, update, and maintain system management plans, routines, process descriptions, and user guides.
  • Ensure proper system documentation and architecture records are maintained.
  • Maintain regular contact with suppliers and the IT department (Soltak IT).
  • Ensure application of information security and data protection measures within IT systems and their suppliers.
