As a test developer, you will play a key role in developing customers' projects and digital products by ensuring quality through close collaboration with users and development teams, focusing on test automation and AI-supported development.
Main requirements:
  • Background in test automation or development with a focus on quality assurance.
  • Several years of IT industry experience with understanding of digital development processes and product development.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work structured and unpretentiously.
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
  • Curiosity and interest in AI technology and its practical applications.
Responsibilities:
  • Act as the link between end users and development teams to ensure effective quality assurance of deliveries.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand customer needs and drive projects forward.
  • Identify problems early in the development cycle and provide feedback to ensure high quality and optimal deliveries.
  • Work on varied projects both in-house and on-site at customer environments.
  • Leverage team knowledge across requirements management, automation development, and testing, especially in AI-driven environments.
Required hard skills:
  • Coding proficiency in one or more common languages: Python, Java, C#, JavaScript.
  • Experience with automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, Robot Framework, Appium, Cypress.
  • Familiarity with version control and CI/CD tools like GitHub, Bitbucket, TFS/Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with prompt-driven development tools like GitHub CoPilot.
  • Insights into cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
