Main requirements:
- Higher education in programming/IT or related field (Bachelor's or Master's degree)
- Several years of experience in testing and development, preferably with Python or C/C++
- Experience with requirements management and creating test cases
- Willingness to undergo background checks and security classification
- Swedish citizenship
Responsibilities:
- Work with customer development processes focusing on testing
- Develop test solutions to verify product functionality, stability, and performance
- Participate in internal and customer projects using various systems and tools for testing, automation, and integration
Required hard skills:
- Test development and execution
- Programming in Python or C/C++
- Requirements management and test case specification
Recommended hard skills:
- ISTQB certification
- Experience with Selenium, Robot Framework, or similar test automation tools
