Provide support in IT infrastructure to internal users, mainly within Windows environments, for various customers in the Stockholm area. Develop your IT career with opportunities for certifications and training in a supportive company culture.
Main requirements:
  • Experience in IT support for corporate users.
  • Knowledge of Windows environments and related technologies.
  • Willingness to grow within IT infrastructure as either a generalist or specialist.
  • Ability to work flexibly and be socially engaging with clients and colleagues.
  • Motivation to follow development plans and pursue certifications.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide varied support roles across multiple client sites in Stockholm.
  • Support internal users in environments of varying complexity, primarily Windows-based.
  • Match tasks to skills, experience, and ambitions.
  • Participate in certification programs and training plans offered by the company.
  • Contribute positively to the company culture and client relations.
Required hard skills:
  • Experience with Windows operating systems.
  • Experience with Active Directory.
  • Experience with Office 365 (o365).
  • Knowledge of Azure.
  • Experience with Intune.
  • Experience with Incident/Ticket handling.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams.
Recommended hard skills:
  • IT infrastructure knowledge beyond basic support.
