Fortifikationsverket, one of Sweden's largest property owners and experts in fortification (protection and facility technology), seeks a candidate to contribute to enhancing defense capabilities for a safe and free Sweden. The role involves driving and coordinating documentation and accreditation of IT systems in both security classified and administrative environments from the IT unit's perspective, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations in cooperation with the Security Department.
Main requirements:
- University degree or equivalent relevant education.
- Excellent written communication skills, experienced in technical documentation.
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure including networks, server environments, and system integrations.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure technical IT documentation of all IT environments meets required standards.
- Document accreditation support materials in collaboration with the Security Department.
- Coordinate and document technical and administrative measures to ensure compliance.
- Manage the entire accreditation process from initiation to decision within the IT unit together with the Security Department.
- Participate in internal and external security audits and lead corresponding actions from the IT unit’s perspective.
- Contribute in security assessments and protection analyses from an IT-technical perspective to ensure necessary protection levels.
Required hard skills:
- Technical writing and documentation.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure including networking, servers, and system integration.
- Coordination of IT system accreditation processes.
Recommended hard skills:
- Knowledge of security protection and IT security regulations, especially FM2014-5302:1 (KSF) and the Security Protection Act.
- Experience working in security-classified IT environments.
- Ability to independently produce security-related documentation such as risk analyses, protection value assessments, and action plans.

- Assertiveness and confidence in uncertain situations.

Natural languages:
- Swedish (Proficient)
- English (Working knowledge)
