Join Myndigheten för digital förvaltning (Digg) as a Technical Specialist in Digital Identity to help build Sweden's digital infrastructure. Digg is responsible for the public administration's access to electronic identification infrastructure and services, such as Sweden Connect. In this role, you will engage with complex technical systems, support operations, and help develop strategic frameworks for secure e-identification.
Main requirements:
  • Documented experience working with complex technical systems such as digital architecture, digital identity, or information security
  • Experience working in a technical development team alongside technicians, business units, and external actors
  • Experience communicating goals, strategies, and action plans to steering or management groups in a clear and audience-appropriate manner
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written Swedish and English
Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain a roadmap for the Sweden Connect identity federation
  • Participate in technical dialogues with development teams and operational vendors
  • Support operations, incident management, and ongoing development
  • Strategically develop digital identity areas in cooperation with the EU, government offices, other agencies, municipalities, and regions
  • Work on the Swedish e-identification quality mark, including developing trust frameworks and reviewing e-identification issuers
  • Perform ongoing tasks such as communication, advising, handling referrals, and monitoring the external environment
Required hard skills:
  • Technical understanding of digital identity systems and federations
  • Experience with complex technical system architectures
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and explain technical documentation and specifications
  • Experience working with steering or management groups
Recommended hard skills:
  • Knowledge of standards like SAML 2, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and eIDAS regulation
  • Familiarity with e-identification and access management federations
