Technical Project Manager

DevPort is seeking experienced technical project managers responsible for one or several projects, subprojects, or programs, often from idea generation to delivery. The role also includes feasibility studies, flow analyses, business efficiency improvements, and investigations. Leadership involves responsibility, creating structure, achieving goals, being attentive, and motivating project team members.
Main requirements:
- University degree
- 5-10 years of project management experience in both small and large projects
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Prince2, PPS, or PROPS
- Experience working with agile and waterfall project methods
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluency in Swedish and English
Responsibilities:
- Lead one or multiple projects, subprojects, or programs
- Manage projects from idea generation to delivery
- Conduct feasibility studies and flow analyses
- Improve and streamline business operations
- Engage and motivate project team members
- Maintain active dialogue with internal and external stakeholders
Required hard skills:
