Join us in developing one of Sweden's most important IT support systems. The System Management Unit (SFE) at the FMTIS regiment is now seeking a technical documenter with experience in documenting IT systems.
Main requirements:
  • Education as technical documenter or equivalent education/experience assessed as equivalent by employer.
  • Category B driver's license as travel within Sweden may be required.
  • Good communication skills in both spoken and written English and Swedish.
Responsibilities:
  • Create and revise technical documentation such as system descriptions, system diagrams, manuals, and accreditation materials.
  • Collaborate with system managers in documentation tasks.
  • Travel within Sweden as necessary due to multiple locations of the department and units.
Required hard skills:
  • Technical documentation skills.
  • B-category driving license.
Recommended hard skills:
  • Documented experience of technical documentation.
  • Experience in IT management, change management, and business development.
  • Education/certification in ITIL.
  • Good administrative skills and ability to organize own work.
  • Experience leading and coordinating working groups.
  • Experience with certification and accreditation.
  • Previous work in security- and confidentiality-demanding environments.
  • Work experience in IT operations within a large organization or authority.
Soft skills:
