Technical Consultant Dynamics 365 for our Managed Services team

As a Technical Consultant, you will focus on supporting and developing our existing customers using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The role involves coordinating SaaS upgrades, user and license management, technical setup of Dynamics 365 BC Online, troubleshooting user issues, data errors, APIs, integrations, Power Platform, third-party applications, developing Power Automate flows, and implementing integration solutions in Azure. Main requirements:
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar Microsoft products and services.
- At least a couple of years working in roles like System Administrator, Developer, Application Consultant, IT Technician or similar with relevant technical experience.
- Broad IT education background such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant technical vocational education.
- Strong technical and systems interest with analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with customers both independently and in teams.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken, to work nationally and internationally.
- Holistic understanding of how technology and systems interrelate and affect each other.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate SaaS upgrades and act as the central organizer.
- Manage user administration and license handling in Microsoft CSP and Entra ID.
- Set up Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Online environments.
- Troubleshoot user problems, incorrect data, APIs, integrations, Power Platform components, and third-party applications.
- Develop Power Automate flows.
- Develop integration solutions within Azure.
- Collaborate and advise customers' IT departments to ensure smooth operation and implementations.
Required hard skills:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (preferred but not mandatory)
- Microsoft Cloud products and services (e.g., Microsoft CSP, Entra ID)
- Power Platform (Power Automate)
- Azure services and integration (Logic Apps, Azure Resource Manager API, Azure CLI)
- SQL Server
- PowerShell scripting
- User and license management in cloud environments
Recommended hard skills:
- Experience with ERP systems generally
- Knowledge of APIs, Web Services, telemetry
- Experience with third-party application integration
- Experience with automation and orchestration tools (e.g., Lighthouse)
