Lead digital innovation initiatives by driving implementation of cutting-edge technologies such as AI and machine learning to enhance Sweden's energy supply. Work collaboratively to build a digital lab and develop proof-of-concepts and MVPs, ensuring solutions fit Svenska Kraftnät's operational and IT environment.
Main requirements:

  • Academic degree or equivalent competence
  • Several years of relevant professional experience leading IT solution development
  • Experience in business/operational development
  • Experience building technical environments (infrastructure and application layers) for digital innovation, labs, or incubators
  • Experience developing ideas into finished solutions using programming, tools, and frameworks
  • Experience working in agile, iterative value creation processes
  • Current and relevant experience in AI
  • Good proficiency in Swedish and English
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop proof-of-concepts and minimum viable products utilizing leading-edge technologies such as generative AI, machine learning, automation, and process optimization
  • Coordinate initiatives involving various people, competencies, and resources
  • Support collaboration and co-creation with internal units and external partners
  • Prepare decision materials and documentation including business cases and solution proposals
  • Represent and anchor deliveries with relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure solutions align with Svenska Kraftnät's operations and IT environment and meet organizational needs
  • Support building, developing and maintaining technical environments for innovation
  • Contribute to developing new innovative working methods
