As Teamlead IT Operations & Infrastructure at MQ Marqet, you are responsible for ensuring a smooth, stable, and secure IT environment every day. You lead a support team of three people, maintaining high-quality IT support for stores and offices, and are deeply involved in technology aspects including networks, servers, cloud services, and security solutions. The role focuses on creating structure, clear processes, and consistent, predictable support, especially critical for store operations where systems like cash registers, networks, and printers must function without interruption. You work closely with business operations to drive improvements and ensure the team has the right conditions to deliver excellent service and stable operations.
Main requirements:
- Relevant post-secondary education in IT or equivalent experience
- Significant experience in IT operations within Windows-based environments
- Deep knowledge of networking such as VLAN, VPN, WAN/WLAN, DNS
- Good understanding of virtualization, storage, and server environments like VMware, HPE, Nimble SAN
- Experience working with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune
- Proficient in Swedish and English
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily work of a support team providing IT support to stores and offices
- Ensure IT environment operates smoothly, stably, and securely
- Create structure, clear processes, and consistent support especially for retail store technology
- Collaborate closely with business operations to drive improvements
- Ensure the team has proper conditions to deliver high-quality service and stable IT operations
